About Selena Samuela
Selena Samuela is an Italian-American fitness personality, professional trainer, endurance athlete, and Peloton instructor specializing in running, strength training, bootcamp, and boxing-inspired fitness. Raised in Italy in a family of professional soccer players, she developed an early connection to athletics before moving to Hawaii for college, where she discovered surfing and developed a passion for movement and outdoor sports. After relocating to New York, she trained as an amateur boxer and built a career as a fitness coach before joining Peloton in 2018. She has developed signature training programs, including Peloton's first sport-specific Strength for Golfers program.
