1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: name, email, profile information, and contact details when you register or claim a profile. We also collect usage data such as pages visited and features used. When you arrive on the site, we capture the referring page and any UTM parameters in your URL so we can measure which campaigns and channels send creators to us; these acquisition signals are stored alongside your account at signup and are not used for advertising or sold to third parties.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide our services, display your public profile, facilitate connections between creators and brands, and improve our platform. We do not use your information for advertising purposes.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Public profile information is visible to all users. Contact information is only visible to authenticated users with appropriate access. We share limited information with service providers who help us operate the platform: Cloudflare (hosting, asset delivery, analytics beacon), Resend (transactional email), Stripe (subscription billing), and Google Analytics 4 (loaded first-party via Cloudflare Zaraz for aggregate performance measurement). These providers act on our behalf under their own privacy commitments.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, secure authentication, and access logging. Your data is stored on secure infrastructure provided by Cloudflare.

5. Your Rights

You can access, update, or delete your information through your account settings or by contacting us. You have the right to request a copy of your data or request deletion at any time.

6. Data Deletion & Retention

Right to Deletion: You may request deletion of your profile and associated data at any time through your dashboard settings. Once you request deletion, your profile will be scheduled for permanent removal.

30-Day Deletion Period: After requesting deletion, your profile and all associated data (including contact information, social links, and analytics) will be permanently deleted within 30 days. You may cancel this request at any time before the scheduled deletion date.

Cascading Deletion: When your profile is deleted, any organization that has no remaining profiles will also be deleted. If you have no remaining organization memberships, your user account will be deleted as well.

Confirmation Email: You will receive an email confirmation when your profile has been permanently deleted.

Data Retention: We retain usage analytics (page views, link clicks) for 90 days for aggregate reporting purposes. This data is anonymized and cannot be used to identify individual users after deletion.

7. International Users (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

  • Right to access your personal data
  • Right to rectification of inaccurate data
  • Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
  • Right to restrict processing
  • Right to data portability
  • Right to object to processing

We process your data based on your consent (when you create an account) and our legitimate interest in providing our services. You may withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account.

8. California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides you with additional rights:

  • Right to know what personal information we collect
  • Right to delete your personal information
  • Right to opt-out of the sale of personal information
  • Right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights

We do not sell your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, please use your dashboard settings or contact us.

9. Cookies and Tracking

Essential cookies: Authentication and session cookies set by our platform. These are required for the site to work and cannot be disabled.

Attribution cookie (_first_touch): A short-lived cookie that records the marketing source (UTM tags, referring page) of your first visit so we can measure which channels send creators to us. It contains no personal identifiers and is not used for ad targeting.

Analytics: We use Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate site performance — page views, signups, contact reveals. GA4 is loaded first-party through Cloudflare Zaraz, which keeps third-party tracking surface minimal. We do not run ad-tech pixels or retargeting tags.

You can opt out of analytics in your browser via Do-Not-Track or by using extensions such as uBlock Origin; essential cookies will still load for the site to function.
