About OUR FACELESS CREW
Tracey Boston is the Face of Our Faceless Crew ,an award-winning global community supporting hospitality specialists in the superyacht industry. Proud recipient of Mentor of the Year for Yacht Crew and Social Influencer Finalist at leading yachting awards, we exist to ensure that no crew member feels invisible, disposable, or unsupported. We connect, mentor, and upskill maritime and hospitality professionals at every stage of their journey, from first dock walk to senior leadership to coming ashore. Through accessible education, leadership development, personal branding guidance, and honest storytelling about the realities of life at sea, we empower crew to thrive, not just survive. Our mission is simple but powerful: to elevate industry standards by investing in its greatest asset…its people.
