He is also a respected figure in the competitive yacht chef scene, having won the Best Yacht Chef in Show award at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show and served as a judge and host at Monaco and Miami yacht chef competitions. Through The Future Chef Project, Danny shares his expertise via online courses, podcasts and media collaborations, mentoring aspiring chefs and offering insight into life onboard luxury vessels.
