About Chari Hawkins
Chari Hawkins is a Team USA Olympian, professional heptathlete, and one of America's top combined-events athletes. A graduate of Utah State University, she has represented the United States at the Olympic Games, World Athletics Championships, and numerous international competitions. Chari captured the 2022 U.S. Indoor Pentathlon title and qualified for the 2024 Paris Olympic Games with a personal-best performance in the heptathlon. Beyond competition, she has built a large social media following by sharing elite training, mindset coaching, motivational content, and candid conversations about mental health and overcoming adversity. Through online coaching, speaking engagements, and educational resources, Chari inspires athletes of all ages to pursue excellence while embracing resilience, confidence, and personal growth.
