About Brie Mazin
Brie Mazin is a South Florida-based yoga teacher, wellness and lifestyle creator, TV host, blogger and mother of three known as Florida Yoga Mama. She combines yoga, motherhood, travel, wellness and everyday lifestyle content with an intentionally relatable, personal approach. Mazin earned a bachelor's degree in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Central Florida and previously worked in public relations in New York City before founding the video-interview production company YOUnited TV. She began teaching yoga in 2011 and launched the Florida Yoga Mama brand in 2019, bringing her on-camera, communications and wellness experience together. Her content is differentiated by its combination of vinyasa yoga, “real mom life” humor, spirituality and family-oriented storytelling, rather than presenting wellness as an isolated fitness niche.
