Elayna Carausu is an Australian sailor, musician, author, entrepreneur, and pioneering digital creator best known as one half of Sailing La Vagabonde. Since 2014, Elayna and partner Riley Whitelum have documented their journey sailing around the world, raising their family aboard their boats and building one of the largest sailing communities on YouTube. Elayna grew up in Geraldton, Western Australia, and originally dreamed of becoming a marine biologist before pursuing music and adventure. Today, her content combines sailing, family, travel, ocean conservation, wellness, off-grid living, and entrepreneurship. She is also the founder of Sea People and author of books focused on life at sea and raising children aboard boats.
